General

• Prices may change without notice.
• Prices do not include GST.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• All Members and Those Who Serve our Community must present valid ID at time of purchase.
• Drop-in cycling class cards & membership prices do not include workshops.
• There will be a charge of $5.00 to replace any lost key fob.

Refund Policy

• Class pass memberships are non-refundable, however, may be shared with another rider and/or transferred at any time. .
• Unlimited memberships are non-refundable and are unable to be shared with another rider.  However, maybe be transferred to another rider at any time.
• Unlimited memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months.  Studio use during this time is not permitted.

Online Registration Rules

1. There are 25 spots available for online registration for each class.
2. If you do not arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time, your spot may be given away without a refund.
3. If you are unable to make the class, please make sure you cancel online at least 30 minutes prior to start time. If you do not cancel, your pass will be deducted as follows:
1. one class for 10 and 20 class passes; and
2. one day for unlimited passes.
